NLP Theatre Company was set up in 2005 by Artistic Director Scott Kyle, Scott set up the company with the intention of making a positive contribution to the arts industry in Scotland.

Scott`s intention is to increase the amount of people attending theatre throughout Scotland, and to ensure that new audiences enjoy their night out at the theatre. 

NLP`s production of SINGIN` I`M NO A BILLY, HE`S A TIM by Des Dillon has went on to become Scottish Theatre`s biggest success story of recent times, over 75% of the people who came to see the Billy & Tim show had never been to theatre before. In 2010 Scott Kyle won "The Stage Best Actor Award" for his performance as Billy in the show, which again helped raise the profile of the show.   

In 2010 NLP produced our very first Pantomime "CINDERELLA" By Debbie Carmichael at Rutherglen Town Hall. The show set "NEW SALES RECORDS" for the venue almost trebling the sales figures on the previous year. This year (2011) we have teamed up with Scotlands Biggest and Best radio station "REAL RADIO" to bring you "ALADDIN - THE REAL RADIO PANTO".

Our aim is to continue developing audiences, by bringing new faces to the theatre (young and old) as well providing a platform for new and emerging talent, to enable actors, directors and producers to work together and fast track productions into theatres.
